Sur toutes les ondes radios dès l’été 2009, CELEBRATION a été principalement remixé par Benny Benasi. C’est d’ailleurs sa version remixée qui sort en single officiel et sur laquelle Madonna réalise un clip tourné à Milan dans lequel apparaît son boyfriend de l’époque, Jesus, mais aussi sa fille lourdes en mode « like a virgin » et de nombreux fans !
