GET TOGETHER est le 3ème single extrait de Confessions on a dancefloor ! A l’image du reste de l’album et des 2 précédents single, le titre a une sonorité particulièrement dansante et enivrante ! Sorti en juin 2006, il sera n°1 dans les « Hot dance airplay » et « Dance club » et sera même nominé au Grammy Awards 2007.

La vidéo du titre reprend des images du spectacle qu’elle a donné au KOKO Club de Londres en novembre 2005 lors de sa tournée promotionnelle de l’album. <toutefois, 2 versions de la vidéo ont été réalisées dont celle finalement retenue, contenant des animations par la compagnie LOGAN (Californie).
