2nd single extrait de la bande originale de « Who’s that girl », ce titre, inspiré du caractère violent et abusif de la relation de Madonna avec Sean Penn, reste un tube dance au groove rapide et entêtant. Lors de sortie à l’été 87 de nombreuses critiques indiquent ne pas voir en cette chanson l’une des meilleures de Madonna. Ce titre, malgré un succès certain notamment dans le Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs, passe un peu plus inaperçu.
Si le single sort aux Etats-Unis et en Angleterre, il ne sortira qu’en support remix en France. En effet, vu le succès important de « Who’s that girl » qui reste en tête des classements, et notamment du Top 50, sa sortie n’est pas jugée nécessaire par la maison de disque. D’ailleurs, pour le reste du monde, peu de promotion et pas de clip !
