Ecrite par Madonna et produite par Mark Kamins, DJ New-yorkais, la chanson rencontre un vrai succès dans les clubs américains. La pochette ne présentant pas le visage de Madonna, tout le monde pense qu’elle est une chanteuse disco noire… Joué une première fois à la « Danceteria », boîte branchée de NYC, le titre fera l’objet d’un clip a tout petit budget ayant le mérite d’assurer une promotion et surtout de faire connaître Madonna à travers le pays ! Et ce n’est que début !!!
