Ce titre est finalement choisi pour être commercialisé en tant que 3ème single de l’album MDNA, bien que des rumeurs annonçaient Gang Bang. Madonna inclut la chanson dans la setliste de sa tournée mondiale « the MDNA Tour ». Alors qu’elle n’était pas encore sortie officiellement en tant que single, la chanson s’est classée au Japon et en Corée du Sud. Le clip a été tourné les 18 et 19 juin 2012 à Florence, en Italie. Le directeur du clip est Tom Munro. Le clip a été disponible en même temps que la sortie officielle du single, le 5 août. À la fin de la vidéo, on peut entendre le chauffeur parler en italien, il dit « La fête est finie, attache ta ceinture maintenant, salope ». Madonna est habillée en noir et a un large décolleté et est entourée de danseurs musclés et de danseuses.
