CONFESSIONS II : SORTIE ANNONCÉE POUR LE 3 JUILLET !
C’est désormais officiel, le nouvel album de Madonna s’intitule CONFESSIONS II et sortira chez Warner Records dès le 3 juillet 2026 !
Ce 15ème opus voit come prévu la réunion de Madonna avec Stuart Price, producteur de l’album CONFESSIONS ON A DANCE FLOOR dont il est la suite, 20 ans après. Et le site de la Reine de la pop a été mis à jour avec le nouvel visuel et un teasing musical en attendant la sortie du premier single !
Cette sortie événement est doublée d’un long manifesto qui commence par les premières paroles du titre ONE STEP AWAY qui figurera sur l’album :
“People think that dance music is superficial, but they’ve got it all wrong. The dance floor is not just a place, it’s a threshold: A ritualistic space where movement replaces language.”
Madonna a également ajouté :
“When Stuart Price and I first started working on this record, this was our manifesto. We must dance, celebrate, and pray with our bodies. These are things that we’ve been doing for thousands of years — they really are spiritual practices. After all, the dance floor is a ritualistic space. It’s a place where you connec with your wounds, with your fragility. To rave is an art. It’s about pushing your limits and connecting to a community of like-minded people. Sound, light, and vibration reshape our perceptions, pulling us into a trance-like state. The repetition of the bass, we don’t just hear it but we feel it. Altering our consciousness and dissolving ego and time. »
